1 Elevator down, 2 elevator down

One elevator has been down for 4 months. The other elevator has been down 4 times in the last 4 months. Pain waiting for the elevator, especially during rush hour and doing laundry. Sullivan says there is still one elevator.  I say we are paying for two elevators.

Today, we received an email from GWL stating that Corig will take over building management starting tomorrow. 5999 Monkland balconies are almost finished. They removed the scaffolding nearly a month ago. No work has been done since then. They just stopped work and left some apartments with unfinished railings. I haven't received any response to emails. The Community Manager has no information about when the job will be completed. This is the 3rd summer without balconies.
