Today, we received an email from GWL stating that Corig will take over building management starting tomorrow. 5999 Monkland balconies are almost finished. They removed the scaffolding nearly a month ago. No work has been done since then. They just stopped work and left some apartments with unfinished railings. I haven't received any response to emails. The Community Manager has no information about when the job will be completed. This is the 3rd summer without balconies.

Solvent smell in my apartment
On Friday, there was a solvent smell due to to the work on the balcony. I left for the weekend and upon returning on Monday afternoon, the apartment smelled of the same solvent. I have not been there for 3 days and it is construction holidays, so the smell has been there for at least 3 days.
