After almost a year of complaining, I had to file a complaint to the City Inspector. 

Even after that, they take over 3 months to fix it.

Filthy Garage - The Vertica Difference !

On Sunday night, I drive into the garage and ran into a wall of garbage.  Nobody works in the building on weekends so there is nobody to complain to, not look after things

Coinamatic is a ripping us off.

The Coinamatic laundry machines in our apartment are ripping us off.



It is supposed to be 2.75 to wash.  When I swipe the card, it takes $3.00 off and does not start.  I do it again it says there is $3.00 less.  Then it takes 2.75 more and starts to wash.



This has happened before and I reported it.  They gave me a credit but do not fix the machines.

Fuked up flood New Years

On New Years, the lobby got flooded.

And to add insult, no hot water.  Nobody to call.  The emergency number is busy.
