 Caught more mice in my apartment after returning form vacation

The LL promised to do "a deep cleaning of the building in the upcoming days" due to the pest infestation.  

Two weeks later this is what the laundry room, garage, and gym look like.

This summer and fall, the building has been infested with mice.

I saw my first one on November 8.  November 23.  Installed my own traps on the 24th.  On Dec 3, I caught my first mouse.

Water leak under vanity 6 weeks to fix

 I reported a water leak under my vanity on Nov 27.  

They did not come to look at it until Nov 30.  

They told me they had to remove the vanity to fix the leak.  They removed it and it took six weeks - January 15 before they finally installed a new vanity.

That is seven weeks with a sink in my bathroom
