Scaffold flips on roof

 Heard a bang on the roof  and saw this over my balcony.





I went on the roof and found this.

One girl responded this when she found out what building it was: "Just realized what building it was and I can’t move in there!", which made me to some research and that's how I stumbled across your blog.

The rental board allows tenants to assign their lease to someone as long as the new tenant is using the apartment for what it was intended for and has good credit rating.

Lots of renovations

Have not met with new owners, but they seem very professional and I have good feelings about them. The lobby which was the nicest part of the building was gutted. I can only imagine the plans are to set a much higher level of standard of the new owners. The garage has been closed for a month for major rejuvenation. They say it will take one month, but I bet it will be 3 to 6 months. . Stay tuned
