Front door entry system - broken
The front door entry system has been down for over two weeks. Nobody seems to care. Like everything else in this miserable building, nothing gets fixed.

Surprise. My toilet was leaaking. Called Carlos and he fixed it the next day. Amazing.

this building is a nightmare. When we visited the building, everyone was nothing but nice & EXTREMELY helpful!!We ended up renting 2 apartments. My husband & I were in a pricey 4 1/2 .Right from the start we were unhappy,...the guy living above us was on heavy narcotics, loud drinker & partied all hours with friends. We complained & reminded them that we were suppose to be living in a secure environment. We were able to switch apartment but I informed them I would only stay if I could live from a month to month basis. In the meanwhile, the person we were renting the second apartment experiences financial difficulties. We asked if they could help ..cancel the lease or help Sublet. They of coarse SAID they would do whatever they could to help!!! WHAT A LIE!! Eventually my husband & I got tired of the safety of this apartment building. during power outage there in no back up generator. We are completely in the dark! Most of the sprinklers do not work. One parking spot, one key
I asked the landlord to enable garage access for my second access card. The landlord refuses to provide me with a second access key to the garage. So I have to swap card if I want to give girlfriend access to garage to park her car.
Refuse registered mail - sent by Bailiff
On February 11 2014, I sent registered letter telling to fix issues in my apartment. The landlord refuses to accept a registered letter. I sent emails and left voice messages telling Sandra and Avi that there is a registered letter. They ignore me. After 14 days, the letter was returned to me. The doorman Marcel signs for the receipt of the letter. No permission was given for him to sign for me. On April 4th, I sent the letter by Bailiff
Sprinkler break
We had very cold weather over the last couple of weeks and the weather came warm Sunday and on Monday morning the Sprinkler pipes break in PH-8 upstairs. Water came down the stairs and into my apartment. Updates tonight.
