The toilets were not flushing well on Sunday. On Monday, there was a heavy rain.  The toilet and bathtub overflowed.  Water was flowing from upstairs to downstairs and to the floor below me. I got back from a weekend of sailing and there was an overflow of the toilet and bathtub. Toilet and bathtub was dirty and there was some rising of the parquette floor.
