This summer and fall, the building has been infested with mice. I saw my first one on November 8.  November 23.  Installed my own traps on the 24th.  On Dec 3, I caught my first mouse.

Water leak under vanity 6 weeks to fix

 I reported a water leak under my vanity on Nov 27.   They did not come to look at it until Nov 30.   They told me they had to remove the vanity to fix the leak.  They removed it and it took six weeks - January 15 before they finally installed a new vanity. That is seven weeks with a sink in my bathroom

Elevator is down two days - people are moving - End of August

It is August 30.  One elevator is down and it is the end of the month people are moving - ONLY One elevator.  Grrrr

Balcony closed. Patio - weed overgrown

We have been bared from access to our balconies due to issues with balcony railing safty. They invited us to use the common patio area but it has been overgrown with weed.  WTF?  

No Power overnight - GWL incompetence

A polar vortex hit us on the weekend of February 3/4/5 in 2023. Temperatures without wind chill came down to -29 C On Feb 3, a fire alarm happened at 7 PM. The fireman came and determined it was not a fire. AT 9:30 PM we lost power in the building. The GWL service number told us it was an area power failure. It was reported to Hydro Quebec and put on their map. There was power on the street and all neighbouring stores and residences. At 2 AM it was determined the power problem was in the building and not Hydro Quebec and the off-site janitor came in and resolved the problem, but there was still no power in the Penthouse apartments. He was not aware the Penthouse had no power. At 7:30 AM the penthouse apartments measured about 5 degrees Celsius. Tenants called the GWL service number. We reported the issue with the GWL service number and they said that "Maintenance was aware of the problem" but did not have any further information At 8:10 AM I called the off-site janitor "...
