The LL promised to do " a deep cleaning of the building in the upcoming days" due to the pest infestation. Two weeks later this is what the laundry room, garage, and gym look like.

mice infested building
This summer and fall, the building has been infested with mice. I saw my first one on November 8. November 23. Installed my own traps on the 24th. On Dec 3, I caught my first mouse.
