While repairing plumbing, they broke the sprinkler

Flooded my apartment PH7 damaging

Carpet, walls, cabinets and lacquered chairs

Turek repaired the wall and chairs but did not or could not repair walls and cabinets

Flood took over a week to clean up and repaint

Requesting $500 in damages and loss.

Registered Letter sent Oct 27 2007

Have not met with new owners, but they seem very professional and I have good feelings about them. The lobby which was the nicest part of the building was gutted. I can only imagine the plans are to set a much higher level of standard of the new owners. The garage has been closed for a month for major rejuvenation. They say it will take one month, but I bet it will be 3 to 6 months. . Stay tuned

this building is a nightmare. When we visited the building, everyone was nothing but nice & EXTREMELY helpful!!We ended up renting 2 apartments. My husband & I were in a pricey 4 1/2 .Right from the start we were unhappy,...the guy living above us was on heavy narcotics, loud drinker & partied all hours with friends. We complained & reminded them that we were suppose to be living in a secure environment. We were able to switch apartment but I informed them I would only stay if I could live from a month to month basis. In the meanwhile, the person we were renting the second apartment experiences financial difficulties. We asked if they could help ..cancel the lease or help Sublet. They of coarse SAID they would do whatever they could to help!!! WHAT A LIE!! Eventually my husband & I got tired of the safety of this apartment building. during power outage there in no back up generator. We are completely in the dark! Most of the sprinklers do not work.
