Order landlord to make the repairs. Since December 2005 the tenant is asking the landlord to fix the balcony, the walls and the carpet of the apartment. Also, the elevator is still out of service. The tenant is constantly bothered by the noise and dust caused by renovations made on other apartments on the same floor. Many formal complaints have been filed without results
