Toilet disservice

On Sunday, April 28, the toilet flapper broke.  On Monday I send an email to the administrator.  This is the first time I needed work done in my apartment in over a year with the new management.

She responded offering to fix it at 9AM the next day.... I sent an email basically saying okay... call me at 9.  Nothing happened. 

Further emails were exchanged and promise were made, but no action.  Some emails were not responded to.

Thursday, I got a new flapper and fixed it myself. 

Friday, I told her off.  Updated my blog.
