Hi,
I am a tenant in the building and would like to speak to you if you have a chance. I have been trying to transwer my lease for some time now without success. One girl responded this when she found out what building it was: "Just realized what building it was and I can’t move in there!", which made me to some research and that's how I stumbled across your blog.

The rental board allows tenants to assign their lease to someone as long as the new tenant is using the apartment for what it was intended for and has good credit rating.
