Balcony Rail broken

Saturday morning I found the railing broken on my balcony. I called Asen and he said he would look at it Tuesday (Monday was Victoria Day)

I called 911 and the fireman came and made temporary.

On the way up with the fireman, the elevator got stuck with me, claude's wife, Asen and two fireman.

Fire department wanted all the balconies to be inspected. This is what the balcony rail looked like

This is how Cesar repaired the balcony railing and fence using pieces of wood in 2004. Today it is still exactly the same wood holding the balcony fence in place
