Sunday morning. One elevator was down and the other elevator was locked for someone moving ... no notice was given, no signs on the elevator doors. I was on clutches stuck on the Penthouse.

On May 28, I complained about the dirt from the construction and I asked when the construction will be finished so I can  have my apartment cleaned.  She offered to clean my apartment with the professional cleaning crew.  I asked Sandra for this in writing.  She sent the following May 28 2013 xxx, This email will confirm that our cleaning crew will clean all the dust in your apartment, at a date of your choosing.  As I mentioned, they are here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Best, --  I was going to be on vacation for three weeks and asked to to have the apartment cleaned.  She said it would be cleaned July 4th.   I sent her an email on July 9th to see how the cleaning went  .... she does not answer me. I resent the email July 12.  she does not answer July 17 ... she does not answer. On July 24 I sent an email telling her NOT to come into my apartment. ...  she does not answer. ...

I had to bring in a bunch of stuff at 5:50 AM (this morning) and I could not get into the building because the computer to open the front door "crashed". .  

On Sunday, April 28, the toilet flapper broke.  On Monday I send an email to the administrator.  This is the first time I needed work done in my apartment in over a year with the new management. She responded offering to fix it at 9AM the next day.... I sent an email basically saying okay... call me at 9.  Nothing happened.  Further emails were exchanged and promise were made, but no action.  Some emails were not responded to. Thursday, I got a new flapper and fixed it myself.  Friday, I told her off.  Updated my blog.
