Vertica Residential Services don't give a shit

On Monday, September 11, I went to the apartment and saw the manager in the lobby.  I asked him to come upstairs.  He was too busy.  It would have taken just two minutes.

After getting zero responses from the manager and the Vertica customer experience officer, I made this video to explain the issues.  This is Day 57 since the flood and been ignored.
